I upgraded part of my home network to 10GbE. I have to say, 10G speeds to my NAS is incredible! If you are also looking for a 10G SFP+ transceiver, the generic brands like you see on Amazon work great. I have the ipolex brand which I moved to my wireless router.
Note, while this has 3 x SFP+ ports. The 3rd one is shared with the RJ45 port. So at most you have 3 x 10G ports total... + the 8 x 1G ports.
